The copying machines soled for medical purpose were returned for warranty claim because of the dust adhered on the unit at their assembling line.
When the Static-free Space Ionizer® was introduced to make the whole assembling line to be Wall-less Clean Room, dust adhesion problem was cleared and the dust-related warranty claim became 0.
With this Static-free Space Ionizer® being adoped, not only were copying machine and workers ionized, but the dust drifting in the air was inactivated successfully, and dust adhesion became extremely low, and even dust remained on the unit can be air-blown with ease.
Inside the Static-free Space, the dust air-blown would not wrap around the backside of the object to stick again, so the dust-related warranty claim becomes nil.
At the automobile painting factory, both the Static-free Space Ionizer® and the Air-gun-type Ionizer have been introduced into the dust removing process just before the painting booth, resulting in the successful 67% failure reduction.
The painting failure was caused by the static-charged dust removed from workers’ cloths that sticks onto the body sheet metal.
The Static-free Space Ionizer® has been installed into this working process. With this workers themselves and their cloths were thoroughly ionized (all static are removed) and the dust removed from their cloths was then inactivated, letting the dust absorbability and the failure cause to be completely taken away.
Further, at the dust removing process the Air-gun-type Ionizer was collaboratively applied inside the “Wall-less Clean Room” made by this Static-free Space Ionizer®, and the recurrence of dust sticking onto the body sheet metal was prevented.
The dust blown off with the Air-gun collide with the ions radiated from the Static-free Space Ionizer® and turned to be the inactivated dust to lose its repeated absorbability.
With this principle the dust related failure was drastically reduced.
This is the case of dust sticking onto the glass boards in the factory during the process of getting them delivered from vender, opening their crates, loading them onto the production line, and also between processes from one to the other, to result in the low yield ratio.
Not to mention, the working space was covered with the clear acrylic plastic to avoid dust coming in inside the enclosed space. Nonetheless dust still had kept sticking to the board.
The Static-free Space Ionizer® was then installed into this space to ionize all glass boards as well as inactivate dust in it. Since the day it was installed, the dust failure rate was drastically reduced 75% and production has been made favorably.

With this remarkable effect the whole system has been deployed throughout the factory and even to the affiliate companies.
Before this system being adopted, they had carried out failure-improvement activities spending a lot of time using the conventional ionizers and had been at a loss for an unsuccessful effect. So seeing the unexpected effect with the Static-free Space Ionizer® they were even quite doubtful of the figures for the first time.

In the factory producing the polarizing plate for the LCD, the leavings produced in the process of blanking stuck to the products to result in the high failure rate.
Because both the products and leavings are plastic, electrostatic was generated fiercely, and workers were at a loss.
The No-wind Bar-type Ionizer has been then installed into the blanking process and the Static-free Space Ionizer® ha salso been introduced into the whole space of blanking process.
The sticking of leavings to products has been drastically reduced and the failure rate has reduced 72%.

This factory had had the quite normal painting environment of the simplified painting facility with no air-filter. And using the Air-gun-type Ionizer they had removed dust from works in the process just before the painting booth, but had always been at a loss having the dust related failure.
Then the Static-free Space Ionizer® has been introduced so as to cover the space formed with both painting and dust-removing workers, and to make the space "Wall-less Clean-room" in which the dust-removing and painting are both performed. As a result the failure rate was reduced 52%.
It was so remarkable improvement as to have a inspector at the final inspection process demand "what has been done? The failure is reduced at once."
