No matter which the ionizing system is, DC or AC, a ionizer collect dust around their discharge-needles where high voltage is applied, and would reduce the ion generating performance drastically unless the needles are cleaned periodically. For these conventional ionizers, cleaning of needles has been troublesome work. Actually, there are cases that periodical cleaning is almost impossible because of ioniezri´s location, and many users are facing with a difficulty with a high failure rate caused by the reduced ionizing performance. To cope with this problem, TRINC has improved the discharge needle cleaner. Several dozens needles are cleaned at once through one-touch operation of only turning the grip mounted on the tip of ion bar. This is a world-first useful patented system TRINC developed.
