■Optimum for dust-cleaning process
Even if the dust that adheres to the work is blown off, it once raises and tends to come back again toward the backside of the work to stick on it.
This “wraparound” phenomenon has been so far considered impossible to avoid, but is now solved by making the dust inactivated.

■Dust accumulates atop of work with the conventional bar-type ionizer!?
In the layout for the conventional bar-type ionizer, it is placed right above the work. An ionizer has characteristics to attract the dust onto its high voltage area where ions are emitted, the dust eventually piles up there. That is, if the ionizer is located right above the work, the dust accumulated on this area would drop on the work to cause troubles. As opposed to this phenomenon, in the layout for the Static-free Space Ionizer®, it is placed off the area right above the work to solve the problem. For such operating circumstances as the clean room and the clean bench, the Static-freeSpace Ionizer® creates the optimum environment where no disturbance of laminar flow and no dust spread are ensured. |

■Space is thoroughly ionized by making use of the ion property.
With the Static-free Space Ionizer®, the ionized space is extended more efficiently by synchronizing the ion polarities. Both TAS-811 SFS series and TAS-311BAM/312 BAMW series are equipped with the link ports that easily synchronize each ionizer. These link ports make it possible to synchronize the plus and minus ions radiated from respective ionizers and thoroughly ionize the space with the powerful ions in wide area. This outstanding ion-radiating capability can only be achieved by the "Improved DC ionizing system" that makes use of the Coulomb's repulsion, and these ionizers are fully prepared for any irregular-shaped spaces. |
