Unlike the conventional feedback system, the perfect-feedback system adopted on TAS-181 ION BALANCE is the system that gets feedback of whole space including the object (work) and maintains the perfect ion-balance.
The system used so far is designed to get the feedback of ions generated inside the ionizer. But this cannot get the information of ion balance at the object if it is set far from the ionizer, and then cannot compensate the ion-balance disturbance made by external factors.
The ion-balance disturbance means the static electrification (static built-up). At the delicate working process for electronic devices, the ion-balance disturbance of only several dozens voltage would become a cause for failure.
TRINC had kept its eye on external conditions such as ions absorbed into the object, working bench, and belt-conveyer, and placed the sensor closer to the object. It made the compensation of ion-balance at the object side and succeeded to stabilize the ion-balance on the object.
